Financial aid for 2013-14 will range from 5% to 49% of tuition. Aid is graciously provided through the generosity of the Racine Dominicans, the SCHS Foundation and community donors.
To relieve the financial burden of full-cost tuition, over $900,000 in financial aid and discounts is available for qualified families. There are several factors taken into consideration when awarding financial assistance. Factors such as family size, child support, private school tuition, parish contributions, unusual medical costs/expenses and expected changes in income/expenses all play a part.

Financial Aid Program
Students admitted to St. Catherine’s High School may apply for the Financial Aid Program. More than $900,000 in student financial aid will be provided during this school year. Opportunities are given twice per year to apply for aid. New families are encouraged to use the first session to apply for financial aid for the 2013-14 school year. The deadline was November 16, 2012. The second session will begin on Friday, February 1, 2013. This session is open to current students as well as new families who did not apply during the early session. The deadline is April 15, 2013. Erica P. John Fund & Catholic Community Foundation Grant Criteria Process PSAS will require your 2012 federal tax return, and if applicable, will require business tax returns for the this Financial Aid Session. Deadline to submit application is April 15, 2013. The information that you provide will allow PSAS to accurately determine your family's need which remains the basis of our awards. There is a $25 processing fee required to apply for financial aid. The completed financial aid application needs to be mailed directly to PSAS: Private School Aid Service

Cleveland, Ohio 44101-6434You also have the opportunity to apply online. The PSAS online application has been designed to allow parents to enter their own applications using our school code of 4919. This online application will be open for use beginning Friday, February 1, 2013 for the fall session of financial aid. Click here for online instructions. Parents simply enter their information and pay their $25 application fee online via a check or credit card. PSAS will require all supporting documentation (Federal Form 1040 and W-2 information, etc.) be sent to them in a timely manner to complete the application process. PSAS will quickly verify and process your information. The spring session deadline to apply is April 15, 2013 with award letters being mailed in late May, 2013. This session is open to any prospective family who did not use the earlier session and all current families. Students, who are 14 years of age or older, may also apply to participate in the St. Catherine's Student Work Program for the 2013-14 academic year. This work program earns $7.25 per hour towards tuition. The Student Work Program Application must be completed and turned in to the Main Office for consideration into the program. 2013-14 TUITION INFORMATION Tuition for the 2013-14 school year is as follows:
Grades 6-8 $5500
Grades 9-12 $9700
2013-14 Online Tuition Payment Agreement is now available. Deadline to complete the form, pay the $200 non-refunable tuition deposit and avoid registration fees is Friday, February 15, 2013. High School Registration Fees · Register on or before February 15, 2013 and waive the registration fee.
· Register from February 15 through February 28, 2013 and pay $100 nonrefundable registration fee.
· Register on or after Friday, March 1, 2013 and pay $200 (includes $100 tuition deposit and $100
non-refundable registration fee.) · A withdrawal fee of $50 is charged if a registered student withdrawals after February 28, 2013.

· Full HIGH SCHOOL tuition payment by April 1, 2013 entitles you to a $200 discount.
· Full HIGH SCHOOL tuition payment by June 30, 2013 entitles you to a $100 discount.
Applicable to Middle School and High School: · All monthly and quarterly payment plans will be charged a $100 installment fee.
The fee will be added to the SMART Tuition budget and paid with the installment plan payments. This does not apply to the semi-annual plan. · SMART Tuition will continue to charge their applicable enrollment fee.
