25-26 Tuition

Grades 9-12 (Siena): Students who have attended a Siena school or a Siena-sponsoring parish religious education program for at least three years and are in good standing.

                 $12,853         (2025-26 tuition)

                 -$2,500               (Siena Promise Scholarship)

                 $10,353               (2025-26 final)          

 

Grades 9-12 (non-Siena): Students who have not attended a Siena school or a Siena-sponsoring parish religious education program.

                $12,853                (2025-26 final)


Tuition Payment Options

  • • Online using bank account or credit card by August 1.
    • Payments managed through Blackbaud Tuition Management, with detailed instructions provided via email through Siena Finance Office.

  • • A setup fee of $56 (Blackbaud administrative fee) at the time of signing the contract.
    • Monthly payments due by the 28th, from July to June.
    • Automatic payment setup available through Blackbaud Tuition Management.


2025-26 Athletic Fees

High School Athletic Fee: $200 per sport (pay for two sports, third sport is free)

Please note that school fees associated with athletics, transportation, uniforms, field trips, and any other activities are not included in Blackbaud Tuition Management. 


 Financial Aid

Understanding the importance of affordable education, Siena Catholic Schools offers financial aid options to help families with tuition costs. Our commitment is to ensure that financial constraints do not hinder a child’s educational journey. We strongly advise our families to apply when enrollment begins.

Siena Catholic Schools of Racine offers financial aid options to assist families with the cost of tuition. To apply for financial aid, create an account with Blackbaud Tuition Management and follow application instructions. The financial aid application is open two times a year:

For New Families

  • Fall application period opens October 1 – December 14

  • Award notifications are emailed mid-January

For All Families

  • Spring application period opens February 1 – April 15

  • Award notifications are emailed mid-May


 Tuition Assistance: High School Scholarships

St. Catherine's is offering scholarship opportunities for students in grades 9-12 for the 2025-26 year. Selected students will receive scholarships starting at $500. The deadline to apply is Friday, January 17, 2025. Complete applications may be emailed to admissions@sienacatholicshools.org, dropped off in the St. Catherine’s main office or hand-delivered or mailed to the Siena Admissions Office located at 1220 Villa St. Racine, WI 53403.

Some scholarships request a recommendation form completed by a current teacher. Please download the SCHS Scholarship Teacher Recommendation Form, complete the top section of the form, and then ask a current teacher to complete the rest of the form. This completed form will need to be part of your submitted application packet, if required.

 Tuition Assistance: The Siena Promise Scholarship

The Siena Promise Scholarship is a $2,500 St. Catherine’s High School tuition grant for families, offered annually, that meet the following criteria:

  • Has attended a Siena Catholic School or Siena Parish Religious Education Program for three consecutive years or more

  • Is in good financial standing

  • Is in good behavioral standing

  • Meets St. Catherine’s High School academic standards

Please note: The Siena Promise is not available to families funded through the Racine Parental Choice Program.


 Tuition Assistance: Racine Parental Choice Program (RPCP)

Siena Catholic Schools of Racine partners with the Department of Public Instruction to offer tuition assistance through the Racine Parental Choice Program (RPCP). This program offers full tuition coverage for eligible students from K4 through 12th grade, significantly reducing the financial burden on families and ensuring that a Siena Catholic education is within reach. Enrollment periods run from February to September, with specific dates for application submissions.

  • When looking for the school name, click on "SIENA CATHOLIC SCHOOLS". 

  • First open enrollment is February 1-20. Additional enrollments are March, April, May, June, July, August, and September.
